Made to measure
Order a standard size or send custom measurements. Every piece is made for the order it belongs to.
Tailoring covered
If your piece differs from your order’s specifications by more than one inch, we reimburse up to 100% of the product price in tailoring.
Exchange or credit
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be exchanged or returned for store credit, valid for 12 months.

How long will my gown take?
All gowns are custom and made to order, and ship within a three-week time frame.
Can you change a design for my event?
Yes. We can tweak any of our designs to suit your event, or you can design your own gown with a sales rep and our design team.
What if it doesn’t fit?
If your item differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, take it to a local tailor and we will reimburse up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. Keep your tailor’s receipt to claim it.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Because each piece is made to measure, orders can’t be cancelled once placed and we don’t offer refunds. Unworn pieces in original condition with tags attached can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery. Read the full policy
